[Training] Developing Leadership Excellence

Last week, IMP’s team leaders joined the “Breakthrough Leadership” program by Dale Carnegie Vietnam, part of the global Dale Carnegie Training network — known for shaping world-class leaders like Warren Buffett.

Over the course of the program, our managers learned practical skills in effective communication, persuasive leadership, stress management, and positive thinking. The sessions also provided space for interaction, sharing, and reflection, helping each leader expand their comfort zone and unlock new potential.
